About The Copepodologist's Cabinet
From his youth in Oregon, Dr. David Damkaer has been interested in the oceans, their inhabitants and their history. The Copepodologist’s Cabinet is his gift to his chosen field, a labor of many decades pursued steadily not only through academic libraries, but through the personal papers and family connections of the scientists brought to life in its pages.
Volume I: Ancient Times to 1800
Volume II: 1800-1900
Volume III: 1900-1950
The Copepodologist's Cabinet is published by the World Association of Copepodologists (WAC), a nonprofit international organization whose purpose is to promote research on Copepoda by facilitating communication among interested specialists.
